The Time We Tried Mousse

I found a recipe that really seemed too good to be true. It's for (dairy free) chocolate mousse and it's only made from 3 ingredients - amazing right!?

Here's where I found the recipe.

We gave it a good go tonight and it really didn't turn out like the photo (WAY less thick) but it was still really tasty - we opted to use it as strawberry dip instead. It's back in the fridge and maybe overnight something magically will happen and it will become thicken, here's hoping!
