Korean Cooking Class

This past Tuesday Greg and I attended another delightful cooking class put on by the multicultural association. [You might recall Japanese Cooking Class.] This week it was Korean night!

There were three different dishes: fish cake soup, japchae, bulgogi and cucumber kimchi. The fish cakes were super different from what I was used to, it was like a thin fishy bread that was put into soup broth and really tasty!
