Given the beautiful weather Halifax has been having lately I was inspired to find a spring/summer dress. I found a winner at Envy, it was a cream coloured above the knee length dress with navy and peachy coloured aztec inspired designs. However the dress, no matter what the size was plagued with a zipper issue. The waistband caused the zipper to stick and this girl not to buy the dress.
So I opted for a skirt that made me think of a couch cushion from the 80's. Two of my favourite things about the skirt are: the pockets and how it comes in at the bottom without being restrictive.
